Tennis Drill Clean the Court
This is a fun cardio tennis drill for kids
How It Works
The coach holds two racquets with 10 balls on each.
There are two players, each on one side of the net.
The coach tosses the balls up and waits for them to settle – no bouncing.
Then, at the coach’s command, the kids will pick up the balls one by one and throw them over the net to their opponent’s side.
After 1 minute, the coach calls STOP, and the player who has the fewer number of balls on their side wins.
This drill is part of My Daddy / My Coach, which you can find inside the How To Teach Tennis course, with the full progression and many more tips and drills.
