Two Up / Two Back

One team of two players at the baseline, another team of two players at the net on the opposite side.
One feeder on the same side with the net team.
Both teams cover and play the full court (alleys included).
Every point starts with a courtesy feed to the baseline team.
Teams play every point out in this formation: one team starting the point up at the net, the other team starting the point at the baseline. They can move about the court once the point starts.
Play first team to win 7 points then everyone will move one spot clockwise so that they will each play in a different position and have a new partner after every game.

Note: good drill for improving net game as well as defensive skills in doubles.
