Dim lights

- Place three cones as follows: one at the service court right corner, one at the service court T, and one at the service court left corner.
- The player starts at the baseline T and upon command, sprints toward each cone (one at a time, 3 individual sprints), circles it and then backpedals to the baseline.
- Repeat this three times at full speed.
