Tennis Ball Machine Drills

A ball machine can be your best tennis practice.
It takes away the stress of winning the rally or hitting the ball back to your partner.
By practicing with a ball machine you can improve your feel for the ball through repetition; increase proficiency in placement and consistency and hone your technique.
There are some disadvantages though. One of them is predictability; which can lead to lack of footwork and focus.
But overall, a ball machine is a great work-out for conditioning and sharpening your technique and consistency.
Below are a few drills to guide you through a better practice to improve your game.
