Toss, Catch, Shuffle
Two players start in one of the doubles alleys on opposite sides, facing each other and about five feet from the net.
On one player's command, they begin by shuffling sideways along the net, tossing a ball back and forth without letting it bounce. Once they reach the other doubles alley, they go back.
Next, they put the second ball in, this time alternating tossing and catching the two balls while shuffling sideways and catching them in the air (again, no bounces).
This drill focuses on hand-eye coordination while practicing side footwork and balance.
