Ball Bounce and Control

This is a fun exercise to teach racquet and ball control to beginning players.
- Start by bouncing the ball on the ground with the racquet.
- After about 20 bounces, put one knee on the ground while still bouncing the ball against the ground.
- Next, while still bouncing the ball, they try to sit down, then they try to lay down on their back. All this while controlling the racquet and ball at the same time.
