Forehand: Three Cross-Court, One Down-the-Line
- This is a drill for improving consistency and placement on the forehand ground-stroke. - The player in the near court works on placing three forehands cross-court in a row, followed by a forehand down-the-line. The player in the far court hits every ball back to the near court player.
