3 x 10
- The Pro stands inside the baseline with his back to the net having 30 balls ready. The player is behind the baseline, facing the net and the Pro.
- The Pro will start feeding 10 balls, one at a time, to the right of the player so that he executes forehand groundstrokes. After every stroke, he shuffles back behind the center of the baseline.
- Next, without stopping, the Pro will feed 10 balls, one by one, to the player's left; he then runs around his backhand and hits inside-out forehands. He will recover behind the baseline center after every ball hit.
- The last 10 balls are fed alternating one to the right, one to the left; the player will execute only forehands, coming back behind the baseline center after every ball hit.
This drill is excellent for developing stamina, quick footwork and forehand strokes on the run.
