Four corners
The Feeder sends balls to the Player in the following way:
- one in the deep left corner (baseline and singles side line),
- one short ball in the left service box,
- one high ball diagonally towards the deep right corner,
- and one short ball in the right service box.
The Player then back pedals to the baseline center and repeats the pattern.
After about three repetitions, the Player starts the first ball this time from the deep right corner.
It is a good drill for conditioning, footwork and ball control on the run.
