Big Square
- The player starts at the the intersection of the baseline and the singles side line, left side.
- Upon command, he shuffles sideways facing the net and along the baseline towards the right. He touches the right singles side line with his foot.
- From here he sprints to the net, then shuffles sideways along the net toward the left singles side line.
- Backpedal from the net to the baseline.
- Repeat this three times at full speed.
